Order Policy

Liberty Dry Cleaners makes every reasonable effort to remove stains; however, complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Customers acknowledge that some stains, discoloration, or fabric conditions may be permanent due to the nature of the garment or fabric.

Liberty Dry Cleaners is not responsible for buttons, buckles, zippers, beads, sequins, ornaments, or decorative trims that may be damaged or lost during the cleaning process.

All services are final once processing begins. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. At management’s discretion, a garment may be re-cleaned as the sole remedy.

Garments must be inspected at the time of pick-up. Any claims or concerns must be reported within 48 hours. Items not claimed within 60 days will be subject to a storage fee of $10 per month, per order.

Liberty Dry Cleaners is not liable for loss or damage to garments beyond the cost of cleaning.

By leaving items with Liberty Dry Cleaners, customers accept all risks associated with the services provided and agree to this policy.
