Refund Policy

Liberty Dry Cleaners does not offer refunds of any kind for services rendered. All cleaning services are final once processing has begun.

If a customer is not satisfied with the cleaning results, Liberty Dry Cleaners may, at its discretion, re-clean the garment at no additional charge. Re-cleaning is the sole remedy offered and does not guarantee removal of all stains.

Liberty Dry Cleaners is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing stains or damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Color loss, shrinkage, or fabric defects

  • Items with missing or incorrect care labels

All garments must be inspected at pick-up. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours. By leaving garments with Liberty Dry Cleaners, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
